It is come to my attention that, obce again, the RIAA is attempting to sue a peaceful little site, IsoHunt to be exact, for the sharing of music. Now, IsoHunt does more than share music; movies, video games, pictures, etc are shared as well.
But, what the retards of the RIAA apparently does not know is it is IsoHunt is not an actual P2P site, rather it is a hub for uploading/downloading torrents, not the actual file. Torrent, if you do not know, are avatar files that represent actual files(such as mp3s, mpegs, jpgs, etc). You download the avatar file and upload the actual file through a unique file down-loader, like bittorrent or uTorrent.
Now, as far as my knowledge of copyrights goes, as long as you, person A, do not make money off of any uploaded wares that person B downloads, you cannot be punished, or for that fact, prosecuted.
This is just another pathetic attempt on the behalf of the RIAA to use a scare tactic on the public masses and to try and get sympathy that instead of buying 5 summer houses this year, they can only afford 4.
RIAA, please, do us a favor, and go away. The more you complain like a whiny bitch, the more I do everything in my power to piss you off.
